Some users have brought to our attention that despite the fact that they add products to the shopping cart, their cart is empty. The same users report that they can not create an account.
If this is happening to you, it is most likely that you have set your browser's privacy settings too high. To set the privacy settings lower, follow these directions:
Internet Explorer Users
Click on Tools and then Internet Options. In the
opened window select the Privacy tab and set the bar at
Medium-high or lower.
If you do not want to change your privacy settings, under the Privacy
tab click on the Sites button and in the Address of the web site type "www.bioselect-us.com". Click on Allow and then Ok
to close the Per site privacy options window and Ok again to close
the Internet options window.
Now you should be able to place the order or create your account. If you are still experiencing problems please contact us.
Mozilla Firefox Users
Click on Tools and then Options. In the opened window select
the Privacy tab and make sure that Accept cookies from sites is
checked.
If you do not want to change your privacy
settings, under the
Privacy tab click on the Exceptions button and in the new
window in the Address of the web site type "www.bioselect-us.com". Click on
Allow and then
Ok to close the Exception Cookies window and
Ok again to close the Options window.
